Sleep apnea

During sleep, the person stops breathing momentarily. Can lead to brain damage and death in extreme cases. In mild cases can result in feeling tired all day and headaches. There are two types of sleep apnea: Central sleep apnea is when the brain doesn't send the signals to breathe. Obstructive sleep apnea is when the person is trying to breath, but there is some obstruction blocking their attempts to breathe. More info
