Lumbar Corpectomy and Fusion

A procedure designed to remove degenerated or damaged spinal material and replace it with bone grafts, which are fused in order to return anatomical stability and normality. This surgery can be performed via the anterior (front), posterior (back), thoracic (torso), and/or lateral (side) approaches depending on the severity of injury, degeneration, or deformity causing instability and the overall health of the patient.
